Maritime Security Study Group released "Final Report: Establishing Response Guidelines and Building a Multilateral Deterrence Posture for Deterring a Taiwan Contingency ─ Essential Measures for Countering Hybrid Warfare."

This report compiles the results of research conducted by Maritime Security Study Group over a three-year period from FY2023 to FY2025 under the Diplomacy and Security Survey Research Project (FY2023-2025) titled "Building Response Procedures and a Multilateral Joint Posture to Deter a Taiwan Contingency." Focusing on hybrid warfare scenarios associated with a potential forced unification of Taiwan by China, the report examines approaches to neutralizing such threats and presents recommendations on how to develop effective multilateral cooperation frameworks to deter a Taiwan contingency.
