Hideharu Tanaka is Senior Research Fellow at Nakasone Peace Institute (NPI). Mr. Tanaka has served key positions at Ministry of Finance (MOF), Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) and other government agencies, including Counselor for Customs and Tariff Bureau at MOF and Director for International Cooperation at MOFA. He has also posted overseas at Embassy of Japan in India (New Delhi) and Inter-American Development Bank (Washington D.C.).
